Learn about the family tradition of olive oil in the natural, organic way at Astrikas Estate Biolea, located on a farm in the Greek countryside. Join a guided tour conducted by one of the family members and listen to the story dating back to 1800.Today, the plant represents one of the few in the country using a stone mill and not the high technology systems for processing olives. Outside, the bright olive groves are surrounded by cliffs, with the sea in a distance. On this excursion we will visit the picturesque village of Vouves to see one of the oldest olive trees in Crete.
